What’s it all about?

Many of us are absolute champions at procrastinating when we’re supposed to be working on important tasks. Our inclination towards instant gratification and love of social media isn’t making things any easier, and there never seems to be a shortage of things to distract us.

The great news is that we can train ourselves to change all of this. This workshop will teach you strategies to significantly increase productivity and teach you to become a pro at avoiding unnecessary distractions.

What will we cover?

In this workshop we will learn:

  • Rituals to ensure we start the day prepared for success
  • Productivity hacks such as the ‘two minute rule’, which cuts out double handling and putting things off
  • How to create new habits by hacking them onto pre existing neural super highways
  • Stress reducing techniques such as mindfulness and breathing correctly
  • How to increase discipline to ensure we persevere through challenges

Who will be teaching?

IMG_1825Alex Roytman is a peak performance coach, public speaker, and has a background in psychology and marketing.
