Strictly for chocolate lovers only! This is a class for all those chocolate fanatics out there who want to make their own chocolates at home. Making chocolates can be tricky so we will explain to you how to get it right so you can impress your friends.
What will we cover?
In this class we will show you how to make two different couverture bon bons. Couverture chocolate contains extra cocoa butter; making it extra delicious. We will show you the tricks of the trade in making a raspberry and hazelnut truffle and a star anise infused couverture bon bon. You’ll be able to taste as we go, but most importantly, you’ll take some home to share with (or hide from) family and friends.
Who will be teaching?
Xocolatl Artisan Chocolates and Café is a small family business that aims to produce couveture bonbons of the highest of quality. Christos and Tina are a father-daughter team who love to share their passion for chocolate. With many chocolate courses, being done and also taught by the duo they are a wealth of information that they are willing to share with their fellow chocoholics.
