This workshops will help us identify our unique set of personal values that motivate proactive behaviour, guide problem solving, and lead to better decision making. We will clarify what we stand for as individuals and learn how this affects our behaviour, mood, and performance.

Who will be teaching?
Jo Mitchell is a clinical psychologist who works at The Mind Room and the AFL Players Association. She is passionate about sharing serious science via playful wellbeing workshops. She finds her own happiness in being an awesome auntie, practical scientist, and an ambassador for band4hope.com.
