What’s it all about?
You may well have heard people utter the words ‘Paleo’ or ‘Primal’ in recent times, whether it be in the media, on the train, or maybe because your eccentric friend recently decided to give it a try and won’t stop talking about it.
But what actually is Paleo?
We will travel back to the Stone Age and discuss some peoples’ reasoning for eating like a caveman!
What will we cover?
We will cover a range of topics, including:
- What is Primal/Paleo?
- What do they eat, avoid, and why?
- Discussing the preconceptions and/or misconceptions
- Primal movement
Paleo may be a fad but if it is it has to be one of the oldest out there; about 2.5 million years old in fact!
Who will be teaching?
The class will be run by Charby Ibrahim, from The Ancestral Body. Charby is a Nutritional Health Coach and Personal Trainer who ‘went Paleo’ three years ago, lost a stack of fat (26kgs), got fit and healthy, and now enjoys talking with others about his experiences with living “Primal-style”.
