In this one hour online class you will learn the grooviest, hippest moves from the Swinging Sixties. Go Go Dance is a great cardio workout and you will burn between 400 to 600 calories in a one hour session! Feeling of a couch sloth at the mo? Cool man – you can modify the intensity of the moves to suit your fitness level.
