If you’ve been wondering about meditation and like the idea of becoming more mindful but are put off by sitting in a lotus position and/or following a certain kind of doctrine, then you’ll enjoy this straight forward approach.
We’ll start by busting a few common myths and then learn some simple and effective meditation techniques that you can return to again and again.
What will we cover?
We’ll de-mystify meditation and then name the usual blocks that can get in the way of us meditating. Then we’ll have fun with a few ‘on the spot’ meditations.
We’ll finish with two longer meditations:
1. Relax the Body with an embodied meditation
2. Calm the mind by befriending the mind meditation
