What’s it all about?
Mosaic is a great technique for giving a colourful lift to everyday items – plant pots, coasters, table tops – with no project to big or small!
It’s a simple process of cutting ceramics, tiles and glass to size (or repurposing broken crockery), adhering it to a suitable surface, and then once set apply grout to fill in all the spaces. Voila!
This beginners’ class provides all the tools and materials to try out the art and skill of mosaic on a small terracotta pot plant pot. Next stop, bathroom renovations!
As well as receiving all the materials and instruction within class, there will be a grouting demonstration so that once thoroughly dry your can finish off your project at home with your take-home grout.
No experience necessary! Just come and have a great time!
