What’s it all about?

How much of your day do you spend on autopilot, unaware of what is actually happening around you or even inside you? Research from Harvard University suggests that most people spend almost 50% of their day in a mindless state (Killingsworth et al. 2010). The effects of this are enormous in our society.

What will we cover?

This interactive, experiential session will explore what mindfulness is, how you can be more mindful in every day life, as well as how the regular practise of mindfulness can make you a better friend, partner, parent and person.
