What’s it all about?

Have you ever thought “if I could draw, I would do it this way…”? Well it turns out that everyone can draw! So you can totally do it the way you want it.

This class will give you an understanding on how to approach a character; in this case we’re focusing on monsters, because they are WAAAAAAY cooler than anything else and your imagination can run wild!

From drawing a concept to a more finished idea, we will be working on how to come up with a character, modify it, add details, and final touches. You will come out with something unique and special to you.

What will we cover?

The breakdown goes like this:

  1. Introduction
  2. Understanding of characters (brief history)
  3. Techniques
  4. Concept sketching
  5. Concept selection
  6. Drawing
