Have a million tabs open “just in case”? Then this is for you! Research, reminders, things to read later… they quietly stack up until your screen feels busy before you’ve even started.
This session creates space to pause, reset, and close the loops that are living in your browser. It’s about lightening your digital load and giving your attention somewhere calmer to land.
You’ll leave with fewer tabs open and a clearer sense of what actually needs your focus.
What will we cover?
We’ll look at why open tabs build up and how they contribute to distraction and mental clutter. I’ll share simple organising principles to help you decide what to keep, what to close, and what to save properly for later.
You’ll learn practical ways to sort tabs on either your laptop or smartphone using tools already built into your browser or device. The ideas are flexible and can be applied across different systems.
Most of the class is hands-on, giving you time to actively close, group, and clear your own tabs during the session.
What will you need?
A laptop or smartphone with open tabs ready to sort. You’re welcome to use both if you like.
A charger is recommended. A notebook and pen are optional if you want to capture any ideas or next steps.
