You can use them in everything, not only the typical tacos or fajitas but as a dip in any party or side dish for a steak. In this class we’ll learn all the secrets of salsa-making.

A bit of the tradition of salsa in Mexican cuisine and three simple recipes that once you perfect, you’ll never go back to buying them. Of course, there will be plenty of chatting and tasting!
Who will be teaching?
Jossy is originally from Mexico and studied culinary arts in NYC at the Institute of Culinary Education, the Art Institute in San Diego and Culinary Art School in Tijuana. She enjoys cooking and sharing the beauty and tradition of authentic Mexican food with the people of Australia.
