What’s it all about?

What do you think when you hear the word “budgeting”? Lots of us see it as a negative thing, but it doesn’t have to be!

Learn to change your view of the word “budgeting” and make it something positive. Once you have moved past the negative responses, you can achieve your true financial values and goals.

What will we cover?

In this workshop we will be discovering the money tips you wish you had learnt in high school.

We will look at examples of ways that you can change your perception of the word budgeting, so that you can live fully without breaking the bank. Plus, we’ll learn practical ways to start to maximising the probability of achieving our financial outcomes.

Who will be teaching?

Monique is the Director of Black Onyx Financials. She has been a financial advisor of over 10 years and has worked in the finance industry for over 25 years. She has a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning and is currently studying for her Masters in Financial Planning. She is passionate about helping people meet their financial aspirations, to live with more time and less stress in their lives. In particular, she is passionate about helping those who have children with disabilities or learning difficulties. She understand from friends and families in this situation that two of the biggest obstacles to seeking advice are time and affordability. She hopes to alleviate obstacles and ensure people make steps to meeting their most important financial goals. Her wish is to be able to meet with them and hear their unique story and find out what is important to them.
