In this class we will learn how to make a fresh floral cake toppers for your next party cake occasion. Learn tips and tricks, which flowers to use, styles etc… With these ideas you will be able to jazz up any cake.
What we will cover?
This is a one night beginner class where you will learn the techniques for making a fresh floral cake topper. We will use fresh seasonal flowers to make even the simplest cake look stunning.
We will cover how to handle and prepare the fresh flowers and of course discuss colours and flowers that work together and are suitable for this type of arrangement.
Who will be teaching?
Emily has been a florist for 8 years in various parts of Melbourne and in London as well. She has worked in different businesses which, coupled with her schooling, has left her with well rounded abilities in all areas of floristry. As well as working in a boutique floral shop in Kew she currently freelance designs the flowers for wedding and event companies.
