What’s it all about?

When you’re creating for a living it can be really hard to put tangible goals in place and make a plan to achieve them. In this class we will be working through both long and short time creative (or non creative) goals and then finetuning a one year goal into monthly and weekly steps to help you complete it on time!

What will we cover?

The session will start by discussing what makes a good goal and then we will each go and put on paper where we want to be in 10 years.

We will then start to break down that long term goal into three 5 year and three one year goals to make it happen and finally will break our one year goal into an actionable plan which you can pop up in your workspace to keep you on track.

Who will be teaching?

Elle-May Michael is the director and curator of the in.cube8r gallery in Fitzroy. Through working one-on-one with hundreds of Melbourne creatives Elle-May has a good idea of how artists think and runs a range of organisational workshops to help keep them on track. You can check out in.cube8r on instagram and on facebook.
