So, you’ve been told ‘money can’t buy you happiness’, but have you been spending it right?

Spending doesn’t have to feel either frivolous or nuts-and-bolts basic all the time. Spending can also reflect your values, like donations to charities, gifts to friends, supporting local arts, swimming lessons…

In my years of travel, research and speaking to people about how they use their money, time and time again I hear that it’s not how much money you have, but that you use it in alignment with your true values that is most fulfilling.

In this class we’ll talk about the science of spending and the psychology behind your behaviours when it comes to cash. Why is it that no matter what you buy you never feel satisfied?

What will we cover?

In this class you’ll be guided to unpack your spending habits and behaviours to align with you values and aims.

What we’ll cover:

  • Discover your money story
  • 5 money personalities – which one are you?
  • Money as Energy
  • How language influences your spending
  • 6 principles of happy spending

You’ll leave with useable tools ready to take action.
