What’s it all about?
Have you heard about shopping therapy? What if you were told that it is all B.S.?
Consumerism often makes our societies sick and unhappy. Sometimes, we need to take our society and our culture, or just ourselves on a meditation journey to revitalise them again. It’s not about being a minimalist or a hippy, but learning how to be truely happy with what you have.
What will we cover?
Do you believe the old ‘the best things in life are free’, cliché? Well, it’s true! In this engaging class, you’ll learn that you don’t need to shop for your happiness. Instead, you can cheap it out to the max and go to bed every night, feeling exuberant for the next day.
Frugality is underrated, sometimes even vilified! But it’s great! We’ll be learning about:
- Frugal and thrifty living
- Minimalism, and if it is a fad!
- Decluttering your life and your mind
- Ways to save
- Simple sources of happiness
