What’s it all about?
Yoga with a hip hop twist you say? That’s right! This fun and uplifting style of yoga combines hip hop music and dance moves with the flow and energy of a yoga practice. A release for the mind as well as a total body workout!
What will we cover?
This class will give us the best of both worlds: mixing yoga poses with hip hop beats and moves. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned yoga enthusiast or if haven’t been able to touch your toes for years, mostly this class is all about having fun.
So, let the beats of Jay Z, Frank Ocean, Drake and many more take you away as you bend, stretch and challenge yourself.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and BYO mat if you’ve got one.
Who will be teaching?
Lorinda is a qualified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner as well as a blogger and photographer. A keen adventurer, Lorinda also works in the travel industry, and has a passion for dancing, which she likes to fuse into yoga! You can find out more about her on her blog.
