What’s it all about?
Join us for this fun class and discover the art of furoshiki: Japan’s elegant tradition of fabric gift wrapping that mixes creativity with sustainability.
In this class we will learn a variety of techniques to wrap everyday items from gifts and bottles to bags and personal belonging using double sided cloths designed for this purpose.
This class includes a wrapping cloth to take home.
What will we cover?

Please bring a box or item around 20cm or so to wrap.

Who will be teaching?
Qing (she/her) has been creating her own art and jewellery projects for over 15 years, during which she created custom projects and taught her skills to people of all age groups.
Her favourite mediums to work with are paper, fabric and shiny beads; items allowing the freedom to do bold and detailed work alike.
