Knowing how to tie a good knot is an important life skill, whether you are sailing, camping or hiking. We’ll help you tighten up your existing skills and tie up the loose ends in your knotting knowledge.
What will we cover?
We will be covering the basics and building on skills to learn:
- Bowline
- Sheet bend
- Round lashing
- Square lashing
- and more
After the class you will be knotting with confidence!
What will you need?
- String, cord or thick wool to practice you knots with (of a reasonable thickness and pliability)
