Keep your ears warm this winter with your own handmade knitted headband!
People have been wearing hand knitted garments for around a thousand years.
This everyday skill has been taught in homes and schools to make items for wear and as a source of income.
Currently experiencing a modern resurgence, come and pick up some needles and get started on your new craft obsession!
You will also take home all high quality yarn* you will need to finish off a knitted headband!

Who will be Teaching?
Clare (she/her) learned to knit from “Grandma YouTube” and lots and lots of practice in the last 2 years.
She has knitted with cotton, t-shirt yarn, acrylic blends and plaited rope made from sheets. S
he much prefers ethical wool yarn and can be found knitting and listening to podcasts from Shetland.
