If you’ve ever tried to give up dairy, you know how hard it can be to give up cheese! But there are lots of reasons why non-dairy cheeses are a good option: whether you’re vegan, sensitive to dairy, aware of your food miles, or are on a budget.

The good news is, vegan cheese is something you can make yourself at home. The ingredients are quite simple, and the process is easy to follow along to. Once you’ve learnt how to, its a recipe you can make again and again – you’ll always have a cheese stash ready when friends drop in!

So give it a go and cook along at home! Impress your friends with a vegan cheese board at your next party or picnic!

What will we cover?

In this lesson you will:

  • Be introduced to the nuts and bolts of vegan cheese making
  • Learn how to make up to two vegan cheese varieties from scratch that are guaranteed to impress (Mediterranean Herbed Feta and Camembert). *as time allows
  • Get recipes for all cheeses presented so you can make them at home
  • Get suggestions on how to put together a beautiful vegan cheese board
