What’s it all about?
Marinating foods is an age old technique of preserving food and adding delicious flavours. There are all manner of things that marinate well.
In the class we will marinate feta cheese, mushrooms and capsicums with the options of fabulous flavours that will enhance your cheese and vegetables.
What will we cover?
Cook along in your own kitchen while we prepare marinated feta and other treats. We’ll cover:
- The basics of marinating
- What marinates well
- Sterilising jars and bottles
- The many flavours that can create delicious results

Who will be teaching?
Jennifer McInnes (she/her) is an unashamed foodie and has been running her own food business for over 20 years. She is very keen to encourage participants to get creative in their own kitchens!
