Can you imagine learning the tools that can give you the skills to move like Dare Devil? Find out what happens when high-level training and innovation in dance, martial arts, and body-mindfulness come together in an exciting, dynamic and easy to learn movement workshop.

What will we cover?

In this class, you will discover the keys to enhance stretching, strength training, balance and freedom and power in motion. You will also learn how to find the true power and creativity in your body by tapping into the power of breath, tension release and spiral movement.

Not only will you learn how to apply this to enhance any existing training you do, but you will also learn how to develop your own ‘Martial Movement’ form. This will connect every part of your body in fluid, powerful and adaptable action.

Who will be teaching?

Zac Jones is a professional choreographer, martial artist, and conditioning specialist. He is director and founder of BandTherapy and PathWave Movement, as well as director at Back in Health Pilates. He has danced with Queensland Ballet, Expressions Dance Co. and studied choreography at VCA. He is a black belt in Aikido and Arnis and studied intensively in Kung Fu and Systema. He is also studying to be a teacher in the body-mindfulness art of Continuum, which specialises in allowing you to access your body’s fluid system. His ongoing research and passion is on practising and teaching creative, dynamic and efficient movement based on a synthesis of all these disciplines.
