What’s it all about?
This workshop is about using a creative way to understand the language of emotions. Do you know what your sadness is telling you? And, how about anger?
By using a storytelling approach, you will learn to understand a range of emotions, and what they can offer you. By the end of this workshop, you will be better equipped to embrace the language of emotions, and develop the capability to self-regulate, work with emotional information, and to use self-awareness as a tool to transform your world.
