(Or how to avoid midweek meal time meltdowns)

What’s it all about?

Too busy to cook? Spending each evening wandering around the supermarket feeling uninspired? Overwhelmed by the idea of cooking? Throwing out uneaten food? This is the case for so many people – most of whom would really like to cook home-made meals but don’t know where to start.

Having a solid meal plan can be a huge time saver, it will help you avoid unwanted stress, and is a sure fire way to minimise food waste. When you consider that annual food waste emits the equivalent of 3.3 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide, this is a pretty big deal!

What will we cover?

This practical class will give you the confidence and a simple framework to better plan your meals for the week.

We’ll cover how to structure a week of meals and introduce you to various other handy life hacks. Plus, get a number of different meal ideas for busy people with any level of cooking ability and food preferences.

You’ll take away inspiration and some ‘go to’ resources that can benefit your health, stress level and bank balance. Plus you can be happy in the knowledge that you are taking a big green step to reduce your environmental food footprint. (Please note, this is not a cooking class.)

Who will be teaching?

When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find Steph on a tennis court, in the gym, having brunch or somewhere in the world exploring, eating and going to local cooking classes.
