This class explores the science and practice of mindfulness. We will talk about the practical sides of mindfulness and the mechanics of developing our ability to focus attention in the present moment.
This class is interactive and we will explore a variety of practices and you will leave with some ideas and skills that you can explore further!
Who will be teaching?
Dr Melissa Marot is a psychologist with a keen interest in the science of psychological flexibility, mindfulness, and positive psychology. Melissa enjoys connections and collaborations with a diverse range of people, approaches and cultures – which extend from professional life to travelling adventures.
