What’s it all about?

A lot of people think that packing light is about comprising on comfort or style. Or, they think that if they pack too light they won’t be prepared for those ‘just in case’ travelling scenarios. But minimalist packing is not about either of these things! It’s about being simpler and smarter on what you do pack.

Everyone has their own unique travel style, but if you think your 20kg suitcase is literally slowing your travels down, then this class is for you.

What will we cover?

There are a heaps of benefits to minimalist travelling. We will talk about why you would want to travel light, and how to do it without compromising!

From clothes to toiletries to technology you can travel light without missing anything. With examples, tips and stories, we will cover it all to help keep your suitcase or backpack light, including: clothing items and materials that will go the distance and keep you feeling fresh and stylish wherever you go, multi-purpose items, managing your toiletries when you’re flying, essential items, and more!

It’s often faster, easier and more comfortable than moving around with a whole suitcase. You really don’t need to pack your entire wardrobe and the kitchen sink!

Who will be teaching?

She has just returned from ten months travelling around the world with her partner. They travelled through warm countries, cold countries, cities and the wilderness – all with a single carry-on sized backpack and just 11kgs each.
