This class is an invitation for people of all ages and backgrounds to leave the busyness of everyday life behind to stop, rest and reflect. It is an opportunity for profound conversation and mindful connection. Explore the science and practice of self-compassion, and its importance when reflecting and setting new goals. The class will be conducted in a safe, supportive environment and will involve short structured exercises, guided practices, personal/private reflection and a group ethos of deep listening and friendly speech.

What will we cover?

In this intimate group class, you will meet like-minded people and discuss looking after yourself through periods of high stress and practical tools to support ourselves in building an incredible life in 2021.

During this introductory class you will learn how to:

  • Reflect with compassion on 2020
  • Manage stress with self-compassion
  • Live a more meaningful and purposeful life
  • Connect with other like-minded people

Please join us for a unique opportunity to reflect on last year, revel in the insights that come from silence, and find direction for 2021!

The material is based on the research of Brene Brown Ph.D and Kristen Neff PhD.
