Terrariums are a low-fuss way to keep happy indoor plants. Terrariums can be closed, creating a micro self-watering ecosystem. Or they can be open – which best suits succulents and cacti.

In this class, we will learn how to make our own open terrarium from scratch. This includes how to layer our terrariums for both drainage and water retention, suitable soils, and of course, decoration and “mini-landscaping”!

So become a landscaper for an evening and have lots of fun designing your own terrarium that you will take home at the end of the night!

All tools and materials are provided in the ticket price.

What will we cover?

Join us and learn:

  • How to layer a terrarium for functionality, so it lives a long life

  • How to make it pretty and “landscape” your terrarium

  • What plants work well and which ones to cluster together

  • How to keep your new plant-babies happy and healthy
