What will we cover?
In this class, learn about a whole world of salad dressings; nerd-out about the science and importance of correct dressing ratios and the “6-tastes”; be thrilled by the exactitude of salad-making that you never thought was a thing. Plus, test out some new dressings and leave with some new dressing recipes.
Monique’s not one for fancy expensive exclusive technology so there won’t be a Thermomix in sight. Instead expect mortar and pestle action and lots of vigorous jar-shaking.
Who will be teaching?
Monique is passionate about food (growing it and eating it) and also eats quite a bit of salad. Apparently she is also good at making salads (thanks friends!). She blends together her interest in wild eating, low-carbon and waste living, Ayurveda, experimental cooking and nutrition in this class!
