What’s it all about?

Deep in the depths of your kitchen cupboard, behind the bread maker and to the right of the chef’s blowtorch lurks a very special but underrated piece of kitchen equipment – a slow cooker.

So many unloved slow cookers sit gathering dust with their owners unaware of the ability to effortlessly turn cheap cuts of meat into mouthwatering masterpieces and have dinner ready on the table as soon as you’re home from work with minimum mess and preparation.

But no more!!

In this class we will take you through:

  • Why everyone should own/unleash a slow cooker
  • How to build slow cooking into your weekly dinner repertoire
  • What you can (and can’t) slow cook
  • A plethora of meal ideas
  • Hacks and myths of slow cooking (like the fact they’re only for the winter months – false!)

Who will be teaching?
