What’s it all about?

Have you ever felt limited by social awkwardness? Unable to connect, to speak, to move, to be natural?

Do you make weird jokes? Laugh at things you don’t think are funny? Are you unable to contribute to conversations because you’re too busy thinking about what everyone else is thinking about you? Have you reached for a drink or lit a cigarette (even if you don’t smoke!) because the awkwardness is just off the scale?! What about post social awkwardness paranoia??

What a relief to know you are just like 7.5 billion other people who feel exactly the same! Join us for a fun night and discover a ridiculously simple solution with practical tips for immediate results at the next party.

What will we cover?

  • Relaxing completely: Relieve the awkwardness of social situations, hear others share their quirky tales, be kind to yourself, find the humour in awkward moments.
  • Identifying and avoiding traps: In a fun and interactive workshop, become aware of the common techniques that we have employed to deal with social awkwardness (despite none of them really working).
  • Taking the solution: Leave this workshop with a practical tool that you can apply in all social situations – allowing you to be comfortable in every moment.

Who will be teaching?

Romy and Daniel are both certified Balanced View trainers and have been travelling the world sharing the training in Melbourne, UK, Sweden and India for the past 7 years.

Romy is passionate in bringing about positive change in the world. Through becoming completely comfortable with her own set of wild and wacky thoughts and emotions, she loves to share about how simple and easy it is for all to experience this too.

Daniel loves sharing stories from his own life that empower people to break through their limitations. Nothing is off limits, nothing is taboo.
