How delicious is fresh Japanese! There’s such attention to detail of flavour, texture, colour, and aroma. While requiring an attention to details, Japanese cooking doesn’t need to be too complicated to be both incredibly tasty and healthy.

In this class, our teacher Naoko in Kanazawa, Japan, will be demonstrating how to prepare a warming soymeat cutlet curry with lots of vegetables – perfect for Melbourne’s Winter. It’s a simple recipe with delicious results.

This class welcomes absolute beginners.

Check out the ingredient list handout in the Virtual Event Hub of your e-ticket prior to class to have everything on hand for class time.
