What’s it all about?

The authentic way to get to know the real culture of any country is through its food, especially street food. When it comes to street food India is one nation where every state every city has its own speciality. So if your mouth hasn’t started watering already we advise you to hold on to your taste buds and discover the delicious world of Indian street food.

What will we cover?

In this class we will kick off with a famous item called chaat which is a crispy-crunchy-spicy-tangy Indian snack. It is  typically served at roadside tracks from stalls or food carts across India. Not only is it tasty but super quick to make it too.

Who will be teaching?

ArchanaArchana is a Melbourne based Arts and craft teacher who is also an Indian street food lover. moving to Melbourne she missed her favorite food hence started recreating it. what worked out was that we have many Indian grocery stores here to make these items.
