What’s it about?

There is a collective feeling of uncertainty and overwhelm in the world at present, with a global pandemic and changed living and working conditions. Using mindful awareness, breathwork and meditation can be extremely beneficial in lowering the stress response, aiding focus, mental clarity and creativity. This leads to better outcomes in planning, efficiency and most importantly, in wellbeing.

In this 45 minute session we will learn how to use the breath to bring about calm and stillness before practising mindfulness and meditation. We will commence with some light stretches to settle and ground the body and release any tension, followed by the practice of breathing & meditation so you can feel light, clear and ready to take on the day and week. Group meditation online session!
