Who will be teaching?
Paul helps organise and run Laneway Learning in St Kilda. Finally he started sharing some of his skills from all the jobs he has had over the years, from corporate to co-operatives and digging holes to data mining. After being unable to find decent tortillas in Australia, of a quality to satisfy his Mexican wife, Paul started researching and testing the best ways make them… and they’re yum!
