What’s it all about?

Ever wondered whether what you were eating was right for your body? We all have different eating habits, lifestyles, medical histories and attitudes towards food.

No single eating plan can serve everyone’s needs but with knowledge we can work out what suits us best to maintain a healthy balance.

What will we cover?

We will discuss how healthy, natural wholefoods are a major influence on maintaining health. We will also be discussing what real wholefoods are and will share evidence based guidelines for choosing wholefoods wisely.

Who will be teaching?

sandraSandra Dubs, Wholefood Nutritionist and Cooking Teacher, has been a health food advocate even since she started the Japanese and Wholefood cooking school back in 1987. Since then she has not only taught “food as medicine” at Monash University Medical school but runs many courses in her own kitchen, at the Box Hill Institute, Holmesglen Institute and CAE.
