Philosophy is all about asking questions: What can we know? How should we live? Where does meaning come from?

Though it can sometimes seem complex and difficult, philosophy is one important way humans try to understand the world they live in.

In this class specially designed for beginners, we will learn about philosophy by doing some together!

What will we cover?

This workshop will involve thinking and talking about two big
questions in philosophy: What can we know? and How should we live?

    In
thinking about these questions, we’ll draw from philosophers both old
    and new, local and abroad.

    Everyone is welcome to
contribute to the discussion, or just sit and listen.
