This class will unpack why relationships are so important for us as human beings and how we can build healthy relationships with ourselves and those around us.
This workshop is super inclusive of LGBTQIA+ people.

– Defining the core relationships in our lives.
– A step-by-step approach to building healthy relationships from scratch.
– Tools for reflection on current relationships and quick tips to improve their health.

Who will be teaching?
Chloe (she/her) is a teacher, coach and practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has been teaching and training young people and adults to communicate resourcefully for almost 10 years. She is a passionate believer that the way we communicate with ourselves and others has the power to transform our relationship and our lives.
