Want to connect with the roots of the Celtic linage? Want to do this through song? Come along to this online workshop and get singing in Gaelic!

Even better, we’ll do this near the time of the Solstice, a celebration of renewal in Celtic culture.

The Solstice is the point when the shortening of daylight hours is reversed and the daytime begins to lengthen again. So joy us in song, in celebration of renewal.

This class is suitable for beginners. No singing is necessary. Enthusiasm and interest in singing, or Celtic tradition is a great start.

Who will be teaching?

Johanna (she/they) is one of those sensitive people. She listens deeply to people around her and tunes into what they need. She loves providing nurturing spaces for people to grow and feels intrinsic joy in seeing the first buds of a blossom bloom.

Johanna went back to study to do a Diploma of Music (Performance), specialising in voice, after loosing her voice as a child. Then, she felt like it was not safe to be seen. Now she loves helping people find their voice – especially through the joy of singing.
