What’s it all about?

We are all currently facing an extraordinary range of challenges and having to deal with lots of uncertainty and worries, are you feeling simply overwhelmed! This class provides information on how our minds and bodies react to uncertainty and what we can do to strengthen our resilience and introduce helpful habits to support us through these times.

What we will cover?

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to dealing with uncertainty. But there are many tools and techniques that can support you in difficult times. This class will provide information on why our stress response to uncertainty is a normal survival mechanism and introduce you to different ways of supporting yourself.

We will touch on ways of strengthening our resilience as well as body-based techniques to calm an overwhelmed mind and stressed body. These are all techniques that can easily be integrated into everyday life. You can use them for continuous self-care and lean on them you when you feel overwhelmed.

Armed with examples and a handout with further resources you can develop a mix of supportive tools that resonates with you and feels practical and doable.

Please note that this class cannot replace seeking support for acute anxiety or mental health crisis.
