Do you sometimes feel a disconnect with yourself or a loneliness even when you are with other people?

We all long to feel connected and have warm and interesting conversations with the people around us – though sometimes we can feel not listened to or cannot remember what was said by other people.

This class will give you tools to be able to explore your inner world to discover what matters to you and how to express this to others so we feel seen and heard.

What will we cover?

We will cover the experience of being seen, heard and and how to hear others fully by telling stories, please bring a few to share.

This will include seeing things just as they are, hearing as it is being told and listening without being influenced by habitual attitudes, prejudices, bias, judgements or other’s opinions.

Things to think about prior to the class:

  • How do you tell others about yourself? What Stories do you tell?
  • Are you yourself with other people?
  • How do you see the world around you?

This session is influenced by Sherridan’s concept called “Keys of Thinking”.
