What’s it all about?

Whether you’ve been everywhere, or have always called Australia home, this class will give you theoretical frameworks to enhance your travelling experiences. In a discussion-based class, we will get stuck into what exactly cross cultural theory is – including everything from the psychology of why we enjoy travelling through to the science of culture shock.

This class is guaranteed to change the way you see the world, when travelling.

What will we cover?

In this class we will cover:

  • The psychology of why we travel, and why we enjoy it
  • Culture shock
  • How to analyse the personality of a nation/culture
  • What this reveals about our own culture and personality

Who will be teaching?

HughHugh Gundlach’s favourite stamp in his passport is the next one! He works as a teacher and has lectured in international business and communication for The University of Melbourne and RMIT.
