Why create a vision board?

After the last two years and with a very uncertain 2022 – a vision board can be a great way to refocus and find purpose for the new year.

The process will help you think about what you would like your 2022 to look like and focus in on some meaningful goals for you.

The current situation has changed our brains, our bodies, our future plans and goals so making a vision board can help us re-focus and move forward.

What will we cover?

In this workshop you will learn how to:

  • Set meaningful goals for 2022
  • The science behind visualisation
  • Tips for making a great vision board
  • We’ll all get to make our own boards and take them home with us
