What’s it all about?

Get a safe and easy fix for neck tension and stiffness using the ingenious Feldenkrais movement exercises. This is a floor exercises version that offers different movements from the seated chair version.

Feldenkrais is a clever exercise system using gentle movement and mindfulness. You learn to release tightness and unconscious restriction and create natural, graceful and effective actions.

What will we cover?

This class will explain the principles of the Feldenkrais Method®, then apply them to pleasant, safe exercises to free up the neck, head and shoulders. You will find enjoyable and interesting ways to neutralise the tensions that build up in the neck and techniques for ongoing self-maintenance.

What will you need?

  • A comfortable space on the floor
  • Yourself!
