What’s it all about?
Are you feeling lost? Or struggling everyday with stress? Since Convid-19 has affected our lives, we all are confused about what’s going on and in such times of stress and uncertainly negative self talk can easily sneak in and can undermine our attempts to remain positive.
During our workshop, we will deeply and actively listen to what is embedded in our minds and emotions and find better self awareness. When answers are unknown during times of uncertainty, it’s time to reflect on yourself and try to be in a positive state. Let’s find within ourselves the best version of you, your true happiness and answers are lying within you just waiting to come out.
Come along and power up your life with self-talk!
What will we cover?
We will take some time to understand why ‘Self-talk’ is important. This will involve various ways of self-talk, to open up our self-awareness locked deep within our minds. Then, we will demonstrate the different types of self-talk for a stronger level of experience.
To conclude, we will utilise the skills we have learnt during the workshop and adopt them into our day to day routines and create the best version of you.
What will you need?
- Any colour pens, pencil and paper for fun activities
- and even a cup of tea!
