Research shows us that are a bunch of things we can implement within our lives that can boost our happy feels. And if we implement these things regularly it can become a little easier to tackle all that lives throws at us.
Come and join teacher and happiness nerd delsi – and learn a few strategies you could start incorporating into your life to help get a little mood boost.
This is also the launch of QUEER SOCIAL – yay!
So the workshop will be followed by Speed Friendship Dates! And a mini dance party!
So we can finally reconnect with all our lovely queer community pals.
What we will cover?
In this workshop you will learn:
– A bit about the psychology of happiness
– Tips for boosting mood
– Strategies for dealing with stressful times
There will also be some cute time for chats with your fellow queers to get some of that much needed social connection (which is also a great way to boost wellbeing!)

Who will be teaching?
delsi (she/her) is a proud queer femme lady who has worked for the last 10 years as a teacher, mentor and advocate within the LGBTQIA+ space.
She is the Director of the queer organisation Unicorns and Manager here at Laneway Learning.
She was named in the Top 50 Australian LGBTI Leaders List according to Google in 2021 and was a Finalist for LGBTI Person of the Year in 2019.
In her spare time she loves to study all about the psychology of happiness, completing courses such as the Science of Happiness (Yale) and is a qualified coach from the Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy. She also holds a BA in Communication and Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching.
