Who are you? Self-acceptance allows us to be our most creative selves. It lets us be kind to ourselves and be happy with who we are.
Not only is this important at the individual level, but this is how we will find ways to solve the world’s challenges! So come and find you and start moving forward with more purpose and self-compassion.
What will we cover?
In this relaxed workshop, we will discuss the things that influence us, our pasts and how we then choose the lives we lead. We will attempt to appreciate the role that ‘context’ plays in how we feel about ourselves and also how our values are important.
Throughout the class, we will work to understand our current state, our desired state, and how we can close the gap between the two. This forms the basis of self-acceptance and self-compassion.
Learn to look at yourself and work out how to articulate the things that you are good at, and feel comfortable articulating it!
Who will be teaching?
Tara is a new social entrepreneur that is passionate about creating positive change in the world. She is all about helping individuals create change in their personal worlds and recently launched a free bartering system of strengths. Through the exchange of strengths, each individual embarks on a journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
