What’s it all about?
Are you spending too much time on our couch or office chair? Maybe you’re feeling the need to move and be more mobile?
This is an opportunity to notice what your body is saying and gently move your precious body in a safe and compassionate environment.
During this gentle movement session you will be invited to reflect on and answer the question: what do I need right now physically?
What we will cover?
- Learn to compassionately move the body from the inside out, rather than in prescribed ways
- How to enjoy the freedom of self expression without needed to meet predetermined forms
- An opportunity to gently relax, release and refresh
This informal practice is based on the Mindful Self-Compassion program created by Kristin Neff Ph.D. and Cris Germenr Ph.D.
What will you need?
- Ideally a quiet and safe space
- Comfortable clothing
- An open and curious mind
