In this class we explore the basics of flavour theory and discuss practical tips on how to pair tea with cheese. We’ll finish up with three delicious tea and cheese pairings.

- A brief overview of different tea types and brewing techniques
- How to taste and evaluate tea
- Tips on how to pair cheese with tea
Who will be teaching?
Cheryl is a qualified tea sommelier and founder of Flag & Spear, a business specializing in tea education. She has a passion for pure, single-origin teas and geeks out on the history, culture and science of tea. She’s 80% tea nerd, 100% regular nerd, and an occasional whisky fanatic.
